From Fat to Thin

Week 2 picture above. 365 pounds
Recently I had knee surgery and was out of work for 12 weeks. It's been a few months since then and my mood swings have been erratic. I weighed in at 365 pounds and was not happy with myself. So it came down to doing nothing and working out. Today I will have been working out for 6 weeks. I am down to 340 pounds and am making small goals to get down to my ideal weight of 220 pounds.

Weeks 1-12 are bulking up and losing fat. Weeks 13-16 are going to be cutting down so that I can get definition and tone in my muscles.

Weeks 1-6 I used C4 as a preworkout. Needless to say it made me workout very very hard. The fruit punch flavor of C4 is too sweet and tastes nasty so if you do try it go for the orange flavor. I went from one scoop to 3 scoops of C4. 3 Scoops has 405mg of caffeine. That much caffeine is crazy so my brother and I went to GNC yesterday and got 2 new pre-workouts to try.

Week 6. I've tried both Ripped Freak (Fruit punch flavor) and Ravage (Orange flavor). The Ripped Freak is amazing and is a one scoop pre-workout. It literally says if you take more than 2 scoops in 24Hours you will die. The scoop size for Ravage is huge it absolutely tastes nasty.

Week 8. I tried No Extreme, and GAT

As an after workout I am taking Myofusion protein supplements. See the lady at GNC wanted me to buy the GNC made protein powder which costs about twice as much as Myofusion. The Myofusion protein powder cookies and cream flavor is definitely the best tasting. Myofusion definitely gives you the results that you need and is pretty cost effective as it has taken my brother, my friend and I about a month to go through it.

Well here are the next photos.

Week 4 above 358 pounds

Week 6 above 340 pounds

Week 6 above 340 pounds
I've been working at Pizza Hut for the past couple months and I don't hate it but I also don't mind it. It's a job and as far as it goes, money is money. My boss is amazing but the food is just horrible for you if your trying to lose some weight. Employees get free soda and after a 4 hour shift you get a free employee meal which could be any of the following.
  • 1 personal pan pizza
  • 1 order of breadsticks or cheesesticks
  • 1 salad (chicken costs extra)
Instead of eating pizza I'm now eating salads almost everyday and I'm trying to not drink soda. It's hard to do but it's definitely worth it.

I will never go back to being 365 pounds and I will start eating healthier soon.
